Ternox once again delivered a deep-freezer that reaches temperatures of up to minus 86 °C, made available by Covance. As usual, SPCAL announced and organised the applications for these equipments.

These offers of useful research equipment from Covance have already become commonplace and have been made possible thanks to Ternox, a Portuguese company that, among other products, produces equipment for laboratory animal facilities. In recent years, several institutions have already received similar deep-freezers and it is expected that these will continue to be made available to groups and research centres expressing their interest and justifying the need for these typically expensive equipments.
