The Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Lisbon (FFULisboa) is holding, in partnership with the Portuguese Society of for Laboratory Animals Science (SPCAL), the 2nd edition of the Postgraduate Course in Laboratory Animal Science, following recommendations for the former FELASA category B.
This course aims to give theoretical and practical training to professionals wishing to use animals for experimental and other scientific purposes, as required by law (Article 31 of Decree-Law no. 113/2013 of August 7; 2010/63 /EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2010).
The training program includes the contents necessary to obtain accreditation of researcher or research technician by the General Directorate of Food and Veterinary (DGAV).

Recipients
Students (pre- or post-graduate) who wish to apply for accreditation for category B of FELASA (Investigator or Research Technician by DGAV).
